Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges:

Subject to exceptions Aliffnoon is happy to exchange or refund
your purchase within 10 days of delivery. Fill the form which will be inside
your parcel and attach the invoice of the good you want to return and send us
along with the unwanted products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an
email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

In the case of exchange, you will receive a voucher number via
email and sms which you can use on your next purchase.


Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition
and any tags must be intact. Please make sure that the packaging of the product
you want to return is not open. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund
if goods are not returned in a sale-able condition or are damaged. Examples
include perfumes and make-up (unless in original sealed wrapping).

Custom Orders:

Aliffnoon will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the
final product (your custom order) in lieu of the information you provided. We
do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. examples include your
customized mugs, Shirts, Clocks, marbles and other related personalized printed

Returning Gifts:

At the moment, we cannot offer a product return to the person
who has received it as a gift. In order to return the product, please contact
the person who purchased the product for you and asks them to follow the
procedure for returning orders as stated in above returns and exchanges.


Once your returned products have been checked and inspected at
our warehouse, you will receive a refund e-mail notification. Your refund will
be paid back to the bank account, or another source you have provided. You will
also receive a message right after payment is transferred to you as
confirmation from us.


For Refunds Rs. 200 + payment transfer charges will be deducted
from the refund
